Formal dance with grumpy pants

No.4 for February! The scenario here would be that they had to go to some formal G.U.N. party and Shadow is all grumpy about it. Rouge thinks it will be fun, but she sympathizes with her socially awkward ultimate weapon teammate/friend.
... Yeah... I mostly wanted to draw Shadouge without doing something sappy or OOC. xD
